My journey with working on Rick and Morty- Season six was exactly as the title says: an experience.
When I was in the process of completing my build test I had just began to move into a new house, and thus- the first piece of furniture that I had wasn't a bed or a couch, it was a desk and a chair. Both of which I built myself, just so that I could finish my test. Working with Bardel Entertainment on RAM was my first industry job and I don't believe I could have asked for a better start, in my seven month tenure with them I learnt an immeasurable amount about Harmony builds and what it means to work as a team. I began my work with the RAM team focusing mainly on checking builds from outsource studios and creating props before I then moved into working on special poses, heldcells and adding views to characters on top of the creation of props and the checking on builds. All and all, working at Bardel to create the latest season of Rick and Morty fostered an even stronger drive to improve my skills as a Builds Artist/Harmony Character Rigger, and I look forward to seeing where my journey goes from here. |
